Unfortunately, the FDA was unable to determine which ingredients, or combination of ingredients, had been causing the liver damage and other side effects associated with Hydroxycut. For that reason, it can only be assumed that every recalled Hydroxycut supplement has the potential to cause deadly side effects. The FDA has warned consumers to stop using the above Hydroxycut products IMMEDIATLY and return them to their place of purchase as soon as possible.
Our Hydroxycut liver damage lawyers have learned that Iovate had received the first reports of health problems among its customers at least seven years before the recall. Yet Iovate never bothered to warn the public about potential Hydroxycut dangers until it announced the recall. The company’s failure to act sooner put thousands of Hydroxycut users at risk for serious injury, and even death. Our Hydroxycut liver damage lawyers intend to hold Iovate accountable for this negligence.
